We quote before we start, and the price we give you is the price you pay. Every job includes stain treatment at no extra charge, and your carpet is dry the same day.

Stains are included. Coffee, tea, wine, food, mud, general household marks — treated as part of the clean, at no extra charge. We don't add stain fees on the day.
Pet urine treatment
Urine doesn't sit on top of carpet. It soaks through the pile into the backing and the underlay beneath, which is why a surface clean can leave a room smelling worse once it warms up.
We inspect before we quote. A UV light shows us every affected area, including the ones you can't see, and a moisture meter tells us how deep it has gone. You'll know the full extent before you commit to anything.
Sub-surface extraction
$50 per affected area
Where urine has reached the underlay. We flood the area with treatment solution and draw it back out with a water claw, flushing contamination from beneath the carpet, then verify the result with the moisture meter
What we can and can't do
Sub-surface extraction with a water claw is the most thorough treatment possible without lifting the carpet, and in most cases it resolves the problem completely.
We don't carry out repairs. We don't lift or re-lay carpet, replace underlay, or seal subfloors. Where contamination has soaked into timber or particle board, or the underlay has broken down, that's a flooring contractor's job — and we'll tell you so plainly rather than take your money for a treatment that won't hold.
Severe or long-standing contamination sometimes can't be fully resolved by cleaning at all. Old urine can permanently alter carpet dye, so a mark may remain even once the odour is gone. You'll get an honest assessment at inspection rather than a promise we can't keep.
Rugs
Cleaned in your home from $80, depending on size and fibre.
Wool, synthetic and machine-made rugs can be cleaned in place. We'll move furniture, clean, and have the rug dry the same day.
Rugs Free Pick-up

Antique, silk, hand-knotted and fine Persian rugs need full immersion washing or dry cleaning at a specialist facility — cleaning these in place risks dye bleed and shrinkage. We'll tell you honestly if your rug falls into that category, and point you to someone who can do it properly.
Upholstery
Our equipment is particularly well suited to upholstery, and we clean fabric far more thoroughly than a general carpet machine can.

Leather and delicate fabrics are cleaned with different products and are quoted on inspection.
End of tenancy
From $250 for a standard unit. Includes all carpeted areas, stain treatment and a written completion report with photographs — the documentation property managers and tenants need for bond release.
We work to AS/NZS 3733, the New Zealand carpet cleaning standard, and can usually turn a job around within 24 to 48 hours.

Commercial
From $4.50 per m², with rates reducing for larger floor areas and regular contracts.
We clean offices, retail spaces, hotels, motels, aged care facilities and community halls, and we work after hours so your business isn't disrupted.
Regular six-monthly maintenance cleaning costs considerably less per visit than leaving carpet until it needs restorative cleaning, and it extends the life of the floor. We're happy to put together a maintenance schedule and quote for your site.
Wool-safe cleaning
A large share of New Zealand homes are carpeted in wool, and wool is not cleaned the same way as synthetic carpet.
Wool needs a controlled pH, careful moisture management and low heat. Aggressive alkaline chemicals, high temperature and over-wetting cause shrinkage, browning and permanent damage to the fibre — and the damage often doesn't show until a day or two after the job.
We identify the fibre before we choose a single product, and we clean wool to the manufacturer's requirements. If you have wool carpet, please say so when you book.
What isn't included
We want to be upfront about the things a clean can't fix, so there are no awkward conversations on the day.
Specialty treatments are quoted separately. These are stains that need dedicated products and additional time:

Ink, dye and hair dye
Rust and metal staining
Curry and turmeric
Permanent damage cannot be removed by cleaning. This includes bleach spots and colour loss, sun fading, dye alteration from old pet urine, moth damage and pile wear in traffic lanes. We'll point these out and photograph them before we start, so you know exactly what the carpet will look like when we're finished.
Heavily soiled or neglected carpet may take substantially longer than a standard clean. If we arrive and the condition is well beyond normal household soiling, we'll show you and give you a revised price before doing any work. You're free to decline.
